剛入秋冇耐今日又好似已經係春天來啦一早仲雨粉粉咁

朝早約左粉絲係大埔火車站起步經山塘行下條靚靚石級

接去四色林徑再沿車路駁麥徑上草山

今日濕度高開始行已經成身汗去到車路仲好密雨添

好彩過左一陣就停雨去到麥徑已經見到 trail walk 個指示

仲遇到好多人 practising 佢地行得好快好有氣紛 :)

上到頂影左一輪跟手沿車路落向針山再轉入沙田徑

經黃竹洋落火炭飲飽下午茶先至收工 :)
